Freddie maximum man in opener

Freddie and his Wolves team took on the track for the first time in 2011 at Birmingham in the BBC WM Trophy first leg last night.
Birmingham was leading the way throughout the meeting but a very strong finish by the Wolves side made them clinch the win by just 2 points with a 5-1 from Freddie and Peter Karlsson in the last heat decider.
Freddie had a brilliant start to the new season with a maximum 15 out of 15 points.Freddie said: "Awesome to be back racing again, feel the tapes go up and the adrenalin pumping. For me it went better then expected and it's always a nice feeling when you are winning heats"
